Hi! I'm a NOBODY on a mission to help EVERYBODY become the best SOMEBODY they can be through fitness, nutrition, and optimization.

In 2022, I hit my all-time highest weight of 257 pounds and decided enough was enough. That Christmas, my wife gifted me a fitness coach - and I never looked back. I lost 50 pounds in less than six months, and I've been learning and growing ever since.

In that process, I lost 44 pounds of fat and 6 pounds of muscle by focusing on a few key fundamentals:

  • Maintaining a ~500 calorie deficit from maintenance
  • Eating 1g of protein per pound of goal body weight
  • Prioritizing protein, then filling in fats and carbs
  • Walking 8-10K steps daily
  • Lifting 3 times per week
  • Drinking 8-10 cups of water per day
  • Sleeping 7-8 hours per night

Nothing extreme - just consistency, discipline, and support. That's the foundation behind everything I do.

I couldn't have done any of this without my amazing wife and daughters, who supported me every step of the way. This journey has dramatically improved my health and longevity, and now I'm here to help others do the same.
